Criminals are kidnapping young women and selling them one the market as sex slaves to rich guys. Maki, Remmi and Yuka are three traffic cops who decide to go undercover at the dance club where many of the recent kidnappings have occured to see if they can get to the bottom of things. But things go bad and Yuka ends up getting kidnapped herself! The next day Maki and Remmi, along with their male police buds, go to the chief to see if he can do anything about it. However, Yuka’s kidnapper, McCoy, is very wealthy and powerful and has friends in high places and the chief is convinced there’s nothing that can be done, so Maki and Remmi, putting their carrers as well as their lives at risk, steal some body armor suits, weapons and an armored truck and go off on a personal quest to rescue Yuka and take down the slave ring while they’re at it.

Japan is under attack. A group of violent terrorists, known as the Red May, have launched a wave of bombings and murder across Tokyo, threatening the stability of the entire country. In response, the government calls in the Special Security Force (SSF), an elite law enforcement division with the authorization to use any methods necessary to protect public safety.
As the Red May continue their assault the SSF unleash their deadliest weapon: Angel, a woman whose beauty is matched only by her skills in combat. But Angel soon learns that the situation is far more complex and dangerous than she first thought. A story of five girls and a guy in Kagura Total Security who fights these so called Phantom Cats who terrorize Japan. Phantom Cats can take forms of both a human and a cat and have abilities to hack into computer systems with their electric psychic power.

These cats are up to something big and now the Kagura Total Security has to stop them before it’s too late but as usual they get side tracked from all of these when unexpected things happen.

It all starts out when the Kagura Total Security gets attacked by a shooter and their office gets destroyed. Even though they lose their office/home they still have to get to their client for a job in south Japan, but once again they get a surprise attack by the Phantom Cats and the mysterious shooter.

After surviving the attack they are now walking to their destination only to get stuck in the middle of nowhere in Japan while the city is in big trouble with Phantom Cats activities. Will they ever get to their client in time? Will these crazy unorganized bunches of girls can save Japan from evil Phantom cats? And who the hell is this girl who keeps attacking them?
