Ayane Mitsui is a High School student who wants to become a pro wrestler. She sets this as her most important goal, neglecting school and other responsibilities. This is Ayane’s ultimate dream. At the beginning of the tape we find Ayane at the All-Japan Women’s Pro Wrestling Try-Outs. She fails to get accepted yet afterwards meets a strange old man who saw her audition. He tells her that she has great legs and wishes for her to join his Dojo so that he could train her. She accepts and training begins that night. They start by building the ring, and then continue the next day after school with practicing kicks. Ayane practices everyday while having to hide these events from her mother and her school’s assistant principal who detests violent sports. After weeks of hard training we find Ayane going in to take a test which she thinks is for Pro Wrstling, but in actuality it’s for kickboxing. Totally off the road of her goal, she blindly follows the trainer in her quest to become a wrestler.
Her trainer is constantly hiding his real intentions from her (to be a kickboxer) throughout the entire tape until Ayane’s debut fight. All is pulled out into the open as she finally discovers what she has gotten into as the bell is rung…

Miki loses her mysterious bell-shaped object, that her school friend picks up. As they return home by bus, inexplicably the brakes fail, the bus rolls into a long dark tunnel, transporting the two girls into another world. As Miki awakens, she sees wolf-faced warriors abduct her friend — apparently to kidnap the girl with the bell, but taking the wrong girl. Miki tries to follow the strange monsters, to save her friend, but fails — trapped in a world of monsters and madmen, who plot the downfall of Earth.

The only power that can possibly save her (and the world) is that of the mysterious Mask of Zeguy. Miki must embark on a life-threatening quest for this talisman, with the villains in hot pursuit!

This 60 minute OVA is based on the classic 1976 shoujo manga by Takemiya Keiko, the author of “Kaze to Ki no Uta”, and was one of the first shoujo titles to include shounen ai elements.

Marion is a young schoolboy who prides himself on his adherence to a philosophy he calls “rationalism”. Because of his disdain for emotional display, he ignores anything remotely akin to affection. But when he’s entangled in a romantic affair with an older courtesan, his rationalism is revealed to be little more than a cover for his own emotional immaturity. Learning to love, Marion blossoms under his older lover’s care but unfortunately, Marion has yet to learn the true price of the affair.
